Wara l-quddiesa ssir il-Lectio Divina fil-Knisja minn Fr Sinclair Bugeja.

L-Erbgħa 20 ta’ Mejju fil-5.00pm sir il-prova għall-adoloxxenti li ser jagħmlu l-Griżma.

Il-Ħamis 21 ta’ Mejju Filgħodu ssir il-laqgħa tal-Azzjoni Kattolika.

Dakinhar ikun l-aħħar jum tat-tberik għaż-żmien ta’ wara l-Għid. Ser inbierku Triq Madre Tereża, Dahar, Ħawlija, Għansar u Dahbien.

Il-Ġimgħa 22 ta’ Mejju Fl-10.30am ser issir quddiesa fil-Knisja Parrokkjali fl-okkażjoni tal-festa ta’ Santa Rita. Kulħadd mistieden speċjalment dawk li jisimhom għall-qaddisa. Wara ser issir ikla l-Imġarr stess. Booking mal-membri tal-A.K sat-Tlieta li ġej.

Bejn is-6.30pm u t-8.00pm jkun hawn saċerdoti disponibbli għall-qrar bi tħejjija għall-Griżma tal-Isqof. Inħeġġu lill-ġenituri u l-familjari iħejju ruħhom b’mod xieraq għal dan il-jum.

Wara l-Quddiesa tas-7.00pm ikun hawn Velja ta’ talb quddiem Ġesu Ewkaristija bi tħejjija għall-Griżma u l-Festa ta’ Pentekoste.

Is-Sibt 23 ta’ Mejju niċċelebraw il-Griżma tal-Isqof. Fil-4.45pm nilqgħu l-Isqof Awżiljarju Mons Joseph Galea Curmi u fil-5.00pm tibda l-quddiesa. Il-Knisja tiftaħ fl-4.00pm u nħeġġukom biex inħallu din il-quddiesa għall-adoloxxenti u l-familjari tagħhom. Il-Quddiesa tas-7.00pm ser issir fil-Knisja taż-Żebbiegħ.

Il-Ħadd 24 ta’ Mejju niċċelebraw is-Solennità ta’ Pentekoste. Nistiednu lit-tfal u l-familji għall-quddiesa tal-10.30am.

PARISH NOTICES:

Tomorrow/Today, Sunday, we invite children and families to the 10:30am Mass. Afterwards, there will be organized games for them in the church square.
A High Tea organized by the fundraising group will be held in the afternoon under the Sacristy in aid of the Parish.

On Monday, 18 May, the house blessing will take place in Triq Spika and Karamelli.

On Tuesday, 19 May, the house blessing will take place in Triq Gorg Zammit.
After Mass, there will be Lectio Divina in the Church led by Fr Sinclair Bugeja.

On Wednesday, 20 May, at 5:00pm there will be a rehearsal for the adolescents who will receive Confirmation.

On Thursday, 21 May, in the morning there will be a meeting of the Catholic Action group.
That day will also be the last day of house blessings for the Easter season. The following streets will be blessed: Triq Madre Tereża, Dahar, Ħawlija, Għansar, and Dahbien.

On Friday, 22 May, at 10:30am there will be a Mass in the Parish Church on the occasion of the feast of Saint Rita. Everyone is invited, especially those named after the saint. Afterwards, there will be a meal in Mġarr itself. Bookings can be made with A.K. members by next Tuesday.

Between 6:30pm and 8:00pm, priests will be available for confession in preparation for the Bishop’s Confirmation ceremony. We encourage parents and relatives to prepare themselves properly for this day.
After the 7:00pm Mass, there will be a prayer vigil before Jesus in the Eucharist in preparation for Confirmation and the Feast of Pentecost.

On Saturday, 23 May, we celebrate the Bishop’s Confirmation ceremony. At 4:45pm we will welcome Auxiliary Bishop Mons. Joseph Galea Curmi, and at 5:00pm the Mass will begin. The Church will open at 4:00pm, and we encourage everyone to leave this Mass mainly for the adolescents and their families. The 7:00pm Mass will be held at the Żebbiegħ Church.

On Sunday, 24 May, we celebrate the Solemnity of Pentecost. We invite children and families to the 10:30am Mass.

We also remind everyone about the Sacristy roster/schedule.
