Wara l-quddiesa ta’ filgħaxija ssir l-adorazzjoni.

Il-Ġimgħa 6 ta’ Frar l-ewwel Ġimgħa tax-xahar. Il-Kappella tas-Sorijiet Franġiskani tkun mitfuħa għat-talb fin-nofstanhar ta’ filgħodu. Filgħodu jsir it-tqarbin tal-morda tal-ewwel grupp.

Is-Sibt 7 ta’ Marzu bejn id-9am u l-12pm ser isiru l-eżerċizzi għal żgħażagħ 18+ fil-format ta’ irtir. Imexxi Fr Sinclair Bugeja. Booking mil-link fuq il-facebook.

Filgħaxija ser issir ikla taħt is-Sagristija organizzata mill-grupp tal-fundraising b’risq il-festa. Inħeġġukom tibbukkjaw il-post tagħkom.

Bejn id-9 u t-13 ta’ Marzu ser isir kors ta’ eżerċizzi għal kulħadd fil-Knisja Parrokkjali fis-7.00pm mmexxi minn Fr Mario Tong.

Ser jibda jiltaqa’ l-grupp tal-koppji żgħażagħ. L-istedina hija miftuħa għall-koppji żgħażagħ miżżewġin kif ukoll dawk l-għarajjes li ser jiżżewġu dalwaqt. Niltaqgħu it-Tlieta 10 ta’ Marzu fis-7.30pm l-Oratorju.

L-Eżerċizzi għall-familji/koppji u għarajjes ser isiru f’format ta’ nofstanhar Seminar is-Seminarju r-Rabat, nhar il-Ħamis 19 ta’ Marzu u mmexxija minn Fr Martin Cilia MSSP. Inħeġġukom tidħlu online jew tiġu l-uffiċċju biex tibbukkjaw il-post tagħkom.

Dawk li jixtiequ jieħdu sehem fil-Purċissjoni tal-Via Crucis, t-Tlieta tal-Ġimgħa Mqaddsa: reffiegħa, personaġġi u tfal għandhom ikellmu l-membri tal-Kummissjoni Ġimgħa l-Kbira jew il-Kappillan.

Nirringrazzjaw lil kull min ta s-sehem tiegħu biex ittellgħet il-Maratona Sports. Id-dħul mill-Maratona se jmur għad-Dar tal-Providenza u l-Oratorju. Is-somma miġbura hija: €15,086.40. Grazzi mill-qalb!

PARISH NOTICES:

This weekend there will be a special collection for the needs of the Parish.

On Thursday 5th March there will be a pilgrimage to the Redentur of Isla. Booking with the members of Catholic Action. After the evening Mass there will be Adoration.

On Friday 6th February, the First Friday of the month, the Chapel of the Franciscan Sisters will be open for prayer during mid-morning. In the morning, Holy Communion will be brought to the sick of the first group.

On Saturday 7th March, between 9am and 12pm, there will be a retreat-style session for youths aged 18+. It will be led by Fr Sinclair Bugeja. Booking is through the link on Facebook.
At 4:30pm there will be a meeting for altar servers at the Oratory.
In the evening there will be a dinner under the Sacristy organized by the fundraising group in aid of the feast. We encourage you to book your place.

Between the 9th and 13th of March there will be a course of spiritual exercises for everyone at the Parish Church at 7:00pm, led by Fr Mario Tong.

A reminder about the Sacristy Benefactors scheme.

The young couples group will begin meeting. The invitation is open to young married couples as well as engaged couples who will be getting married soon. We will meet on Tuesday 10th March at 7:30pm at the Oratory.

The retreat for families/couples and engaged couples will take place in a half-day seminar format at the Rabat Seminary on Thursday 19th March and will be led by Fr Martin Cilia MSSP. We encourage you to register online or come to the office to book your place.

Those who wish to take part in the Via Crucis Procession on Tuesday of Holy Week — bearers, characters, and children — should speak to members of the Holy Week Commission or to the Parish Priest.

We thank everyone who contributed to the Sports Marathon. The proceeds from the Marathon will go to Dar tal-Providenza and the Oratory. The total amount collected is: €15,086.40. Heartfelt thanks!
